All of our apartments are currently rented until the summer of 2007.
New leases will begin in June, July and August and run for twelve months.

All of our 8, 9 and 10 bedroom houses have been leased for the 2007 2008 school year.
Listings for the following year, 2008 - 2009, will be posted in late September, 2007.
For the best selection of houses, please check with us in the fall.
Please note that we have a large number of smaller apartments and houses (up to seven bedrooms) that are still available for 2007 - 2008.
